WARRANTY AGREEMENT

Grippynation warrants that the Product you have purchased for non-commercial, personal, family, or household use from the website www.grippynation.com is free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. Your sales receipt, indicating the date of purchase of the Product, serves as proof of purchase. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is not transferable to subsequent purchasers. Expendable parts such as paint and finish are excluded from this warranty. The warranty becomes VALID ONLY if the Product is assembled, installed, and used according to the instructions provided with the Product and if the Product is purchased directly from Grippynation.com

WARRANTY SERVICE

To obtain warranty service, you must return the Product to Grippynation in its original container (or equivalent). You are responsible for pre-paying any shipping charges, export taxes, customs duties and taxes, or any other charges associated with transporting the Product. Additionally, you must insure any Product shipped or returned, assuming the risk of loss during shipment. Proof-of-purchase documents (including the date of purchase) must be presented to Grippynation. Any evidence of alteration, erasing, or forgery of proof-of-purchase documents will void this warranty. This warranty does not extend to any Product not purchased directly from Grippynation.com, nor to any Product that has been damaged or rendered defective: (a) due to accident, misuse, or abuse; (b) by the use of parts not manufactured or sold by Grippynation; (c) by modification of the Product. This warranty also does not extend to any Product not indicated by the Grippynation Lifetime Warranty badge shown on the Product page.

LIMITATIONS

Except as expressly set forth in this warranty, Grippynation makes no other warranties, expressed or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Grippynation expressly disclaims all warranties not stated in this warranty. Any implied warranties imposed by law are limited to the terms of this warranty. Grippynation and its affiliates shall not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.

  • Grippynation Liquid Chalk (both normal and transparent): 1 Year Warranty
  • Grippynation Resistance Bands: 1 Year Warranty

*Warranty may be voided for any product that has been damaged due to negligent or faulty use, alteration, maintenance, storage, or handling by the user. Specific issues regarding a Grippynation product with which a customer is dissatisfied will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

** Warranty against bending does not cover any bar that has been damaged due to negligent or faulty use, alteration, maintenance, storage, or handling by the user. Specific issues regarding a Grippynation product with which a customer is dissatisfied will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Grippynation has found that most problems with bars replaced are related to abusive use rather than manufacturing or materials issues."
